seems like the grinch with jim carrey is winning which is such a win because i adore that movie, but was sooo hoping for home alone 2. it is, in my opinion, the superior home alone

Don’t get me wrong, I think Jim Carrey’s performance is great and honestly carries the whole movie but in my opinion, the movie should’ve been like 30 minutes not an hour and 45 🫤 Please don’t come for me if this is your fav movie. I’m not saying it’s bad just too long lol

Hopefully that means better odds!! What I will say, I love them all, I love a real moral of the story type of Christmas film. Muppets fuses fun and that hopeful spirit together to make the best Christmas film of all time. Narrowly behind it is it’s a wonderful life. I think it’s the most heartfelt, beautiful hopeful story you might ever watch. It touches something in my soul. I watch it every year and I sob my eyes out then I leave the theatre so glad to be alive. If you want to have a renewed hope for the future, the goodness of people and life in general, WATCH ITS A WONDERFUL LIFE. You will not be disappointed. Also, there was a one tree hill episode that was based on it that you watched lol, so you’ll be able to understand the references.

2025-12-22 23:54:10 +0000 UTCFYI, for everyone. There is an abridged version of "It's a Wonderful Life" that should be avoided. It cuts out the heart of the movie due to a copyright dispute. Especially if this is your first time watching, seek out the 130 minute version.
