So Hayley does not have an actual brother. so all the songs that mention a brother she’s probably talking about her band mates. She’s know Zac and Taylor for 20 years. Taylor is actually her ex. some of the songs were speculated to be about him

I think that’s where some of the songs may be confusing because he’s as close as a brother to her, her best friend, part of her band but also her ex now, too. Confusing stuff!! Strongest soldier indeed. Also, she didn’t marry anyone from Paramore, she married Chad Gilbert of the band New Found Glory, it’s assumed that Taylor is who she is talking to in Parachute.

2025-11-18 18:22:49 +0000 UTCthe guy in the voicemail in good 'ol days is her grandat rusty williams. he just released his first album under the drummer of paramore's zac farro's record label this past year after it was kept underwraps for over 40 years and the guys from paramore and hayley helped him to recover these songs and released the album and theres a song called friends or lovers which isnt on spotify yet that inspired crystal clear from hayley's solo album and the outro of that songs is based on that song after taylor york (guitarist of paramore and producer of paramore/hayley's first solo album) heard her grandat play it and surprised hayley with the outro of crystal clear and now hayley released her version of that song that isnt available but is on youtube maybe so full circle with this song as well and grandat is adored by us fans of hayley and paramore since he is the one with her dad who tought her to play drums and piano as a kid before she joined paramore <3

2025-11-18 16:50:01 +0000 UTCThe album is on vinyl, i actually went to ego nite an event she and her team put together globally to listen to the last two songs before they got released a couple of weeks ago and was so good and after that the vinyl and cds were officially out, this whole project has been insane from how it started to now and its now available everywhere, glad you enjoyed this and def recommend you listen to petals for armor and flowers for vases/descansos her two other solo albums. theres a lot of lore only hayley/paramore fans will know thats not out there that makes understand some of these themes and all and originally that was her purpose and thats why it took awhile for it to get release on vinyl because she wasnt sure if she wanted to share this outside of the bubble of parafamily but she then realised it was needed and did it without explanation for people to catch whatever they understood from this album and as a fan im really proud of her <3 also she got 4 grammy noms for this album and are her first solo nominations after winning 3 with paramore <3

She got a contract with a Christian label in Nashville in a development deal to write music and stuff in 2003 when she was 14 years old and she has just met the guys from Paramore and were starting to write and play music together and this Christian label had a comic and they needed singers to complete the project that went along with this comic book and Hayley provided her voice to 3 songs on this project as well as voices one of the characters in this and the project is called Mammoth City Messengers and the song she she puts in here to call out her beginnings is called jumping inside
