Okay, I respect these women so much, but I never dove deep into their music as their radio play was too pop-y for me. But, WOW. Highkey becoming a Mixer now. Going back to your youtube to watch the intro to LM with you!

Try some of the "vocal moments" on you tube of each girl to learn their voices, Perrie and Jesy are the easiest to identify to me since Perrie has the big, open, dark (almost Celine) voice and Jesy has the sultry, smoky deep voice (melts me). Jade has the more breathy, and leigh has more bright voices which makes them both so amazing because they have such agility and are chameleons that they can go wherever they need to in a harmony they're so good!
