OMG! I thought I was the only person who remembered Gullah Gullah Island! That and Under the Umbrella Tree are two that I remember vividly but seem to be relatively unknown by others for whatever reason. I actually thought of Pokemon and Polywag initially when you asked. ๐

2025-09-13 08:21:18 +0000 UTCI wonder if what Hop was reading to her about the parents dying and the child being an orphan is Anne of Green Gables which actually would help Eleven feel understood and it ends up with Anne being adopted and finding friends and family she creates. Beautiful story.
