So based on this and the previous comic, I am to believe that Natsuki is a crazy Yandere obsessed with the MC and lied about being his girlfriend. Airi was lying about her and the MC being engaged so that she could use him to make her "special videos." Yuki, who apparently met the MC only recently, fell for the MC and wants to become his master, so she lied about them being a couple. And Nao is the MC's actual girlfriend because all of the other girls know who Nao is (Natsuaki presumably knows about Nao because Nao knows who she is). As for who caused the MC to be put in a coma and have amnesia, it was probally Natsuki cause she's a crazy yandere, but Yuki thought it was Nao because Yuki doesn't know who Natsuki is and because Nao is the MC's actual girlfriend Yuki would naturally want to blame Nao.
