the ending songs are actually the same song, just primed at different verses. The first one starts "Are you alright, can you hear me?" the second one starts "Yes I'm alright, I can hear you" Would recommend a listen/lyric read, it's called Anytime Anywhere by milet. There's a few lyric videos/english covers on youtube, it's very touching honestly.
