2025-10-17 19:36:18 +0000 UTCLooking back at Kraft's conversations with Frieren when they were in the cabin make more sense after this episode. He asked her about what she did before killing the demon king, and talks about how all of his accomplishments are long forgotten now. The old lady in the village says as much, that they supposedly saved the world long ago but no one remembers the story. Watching this a second time makes me think that perhaps Kraft became a lot more devout to the Goddess after his friend the priest passed on and everyone else forgot over the years. Since he was human, the original goatee priest wouldn't have lived long in comparison to Kraft after the battle was won, which is very similar to Himmel and Frieren!
