0.6.4 third progress report

Because it is that time of the year, I'm not sure how much progress I'll make this coming week, but I'll do my best!
As for what happened this week, I finished Evelyn and John's interaction with Ethan and some of the setup for his coming scenes. I also hit a bit of a speedbump figuring out what I wanted to do for his C route, but in the end, I think it was a good thing that I did, as I came up with a very fitting side effect for him that I otherwise probably wouldn't have thought about.
So yeah, next up is the rest of the setup + his scenes.
