We’re excited to announce that Nanairo Tentou’s online store on BASE (https://nemimi.thebase.in/) is now testing a new feature for international customers! 🌏✨

🌏 Testing the “Easy International Sales” Feature

Starting October 22, 2025, Nanairo Tentou will begin a trial use of BASE’s new feature, “Easy International Sales.”

This system is designed to make it easier and smoother for overseas customers to receive our creations. ✨

Until now, we’ve often received inquiries from customers outside Japan who, unfortunately, had to give up purchasing because of issues such as:

• “My credit card from my country doesn’t work.”

• “I don’t understand how to complete the payment.”

With “Easy International Sales,” we hope to reduce those worries and create a shopping experience that’s simple and secure for everyone around the world. 🌸

💫 Benefits for Our International Customers

• A dedicated English checkout page will automatically appear for overseas visitors.

• Supports local payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Alipay, and WeChat Pay — even cards issued outside Japan can now be used.

• Shipping fees and the total amount are clearly shown before checkout, so you can complete your purchase with confidence.

• Inquiries in English are welcome. Customer support will be handled by want.jp (a BASE Group company).

• After your order is inspected and repackaged in Japan, it will be safely shipped overseas.

(Previously, we could only ship via Japan Post EMS, but we plan to offer more affordable shipping options in the future.)

💬 This Is a Trial Operation

At Nanairo Tentou, the number of overseas customers has been steadily increasing — now, about 30% of our orders come from outside Japan.

Through this trial, we hope to listen to the real voices of our international customers and decide whether to officially introduce this system in the future.

If you encounter anything that feels inconvenient or confusing, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Your feedback will be shared with BASE Inc., and together we’ll work to make the shopping experience more comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

• Some items are not available for international sales,

such as digital content or pre-order items.

• About Customs Duties:

All Nanairo Tentou items are made in Japan and are shipped under the customs classification HS Code 95.03 (Doll clothing, other toys).

Therefore, in most countries, no customs duty or only a very low rate will apply when your order arrives.
