Right now is the voting phase! Patrons get heavier weighted votes: for every one vote of a normal viewers, yours counts for 1.5 votes.

I'm not sure what is it exactly called, but a form of democracy where only the upper calls, the wealthy, and the land owner are allowed to vote.
