Summer is almost over y'all, I feel fall on the horizon! This is one of my favorite months of the year (it's my birthday month) AND it starts getting cooler (which is great for me cause we have NO air conditioning in our apartment 😭😭 Also, the ice cream place down the street starts selling pumpkin ice cream and its THE BEST.

Just to share something fun I did recently, I went to my first live Shakespeare play ever! They do this thing in Vancouver called "Bard on the Beach" every year and I've never gone until now. We went to see "Much Ado About Nothing" which is a romantic comedy, and it was totally worth it. The acting was AMAZING. Super plus, we got front row seats AND they brought out some cute doggies at the beginning of the show. Here are some pics!

There is something about live theater that you can't get with anything else. I have always loved it. I'll be back again next year, and anyone who lives in the area too, I highly recommend checking it out!

Faroff progress:

As for Faroff, I am working on the next episode! It's all boarded, so I'll be doing sketches and giving those out to you as soon as I can. Technically, this next episode and the one I just did were all supposed to be one big episode (in my script), but it just ended up being too long. Regardless, I hope you still enjoy it!

I've been having fun with the montage because its one of the rare times we see into Fenn's head 1st person. I made a decision when starting this comic to keep the 1st person to a minimum and instead show their emotions through body lanuage and acting (thats definitely my animation side showing). However, I think in moments like this, its really nice to see thoughts as days and days are going by. It gives us some insight into Fenn's struggles, which I think is needed.

We have a few more montage episodes to go and then onto some gooood stuff. Well, its all good stuff, its more just stuff I'm really excited for haha.

For Fenn's Hard Helmet and above, I'm working on your reward today and should have it out to you asap! After that I will put up a poll for this month!
