The concepts vary so much even from one edition to the next, the only consistent design features are the canine-ish head and the 4 arms so we basically free range to experiment with the rest.
Since it's a demon I went looking for demon dogs to find some head inspiration and really like the exposed skull idea, it instantly gives the demon feel. The overall look of the middle concept is very much my style and with a few proportion tweaks and massive claws it could make for a very cool design.
Let me know if you have any ideas or have some other pics that you think are cool, you can never have too much reference!
