Patreon Tax Updates

Just a quick one to update you on all this new tax crap Patreon are bringing in next month. All tiers need to be updated with 'benefits' that you all receive as patrons, I've done a bunch of reading through all the docs Patreon provide about what each type of benefit means and the resulting tax.
The good news is I can class all tiers under the 'General Support' benefit which should make the pledges tax free in the US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, and Switzerland. Patreon are currently working on expanding that list in more countries but hopefully I've sorted it out so no one is effected.
