Together in Spire - v0.4.1A

I'm releasing a new test version today with some great new changes.
While this update mainly focused on improving changes from the last version, it also contains some new features that I'll quickly go over!
- New feature: See player details when they are in the room with you, such as their HP and block
- New setting that allows the host to make sure everyone embarks at the same time
- New setting that allows the host to prevent new players from joining once the game has been started
- You can now see what color other players chose and it is now displayed correctly on the map
- Presets, that now affect the enemy HP! You can give Hell mode a shot now, although it isn't implemented fully and doesn't represent the final idea

As said, this update changed a lot of background code and improved a lot of stability stuff, but some things are still omitted from this update:
- Continue game feature - I know this is a major one, but so much of the code has changed that the feature has to be basically completely rewritten, unfortunately, which is why it isn't present in this update
- Seeing self player skins - Another one that is a bit difficult to achieve and I just haven't managed to put my time towards it next to other stuff
