Holographic Shader + Engine

This features the engine (with small updates) that we saw in the tutorial as well as the shader from that post. This shader is the same as used in the tutorial thumbnail above. It's basically the same but has some cool little adjustments that I thought looked sweet!
The file attached is also animated w/ shape keys, rotation, and shifting scanlines.
