Patreon tier updates 29th Jan 2021

I've altered Patreon tiers slightly. If you are a current patron, then nothing has changed other than the name of the tiers. I changed the names, added images, condensed the tier reward descriptions and added game rewards to $5+ Patrons.
I'm not planning on changing the Patreon tiers again in the near future, unless minor things need changing.
