A bit of news (28.10.2025) - An update regarding AI usage

Y'ello,

There's been a development regarding how I use AI generated pictures in my stories. I went to Monori with an idea that I would pay him a small sum for every picture that I generate and use in my stories using his style and he accepted. This was last month, so the whole thing is a bit experimental in every way, as it is with new technologies.

Still, I believe that this removes ethical concerns with using AI for my works. I get pictures I would never commission otherwise and he gets a passive income. Everyone wins.

With that being said, here are two ways I will use the AI going forwards:

Raid Enemy pictures, as you are used to (though all the ones for the current Raid are already generated, so you will see the generic style used before for those still).
Small things, side characters, etc.
Maybe more, to be honest, this is all unexplored territory and I would like to use the technology to its most awesome potential.

To prevent any concerns to that end: my stance on commissioning artists directly has not changed. I will continue to do so for as long as I can afford it. Monori, Kriniere and Somiko pictures will all continue to be put into works.

The AI allows me to get extra and I will treat it as extra, not as the fundamental.
