The one thing I got from the interview was how respectful they are of each other. Most artist would not be willing to give the manager so much room for the manager to take any credit for the mega success. It seems Em allows Paul to have that space. I do wonder if that's what Joe Budden could NEVER allow.

The public did not know abut his Tinnitus which can be quite painful at times. I looked up causes and it says it comes from a head trauma... so that's interesting and likely a condition he has lived with since childhood😥

Paul is a HUGE influence, bordering too much control some will say but I see it as a sign of complete trust in each other. Its impressive, and says a lot about each character, in terms of relationships and trust I think. 2 broke boys from Detroit and winning as partners with their unique talents for over 20 years. Paul deserves a lot of credit in terms of the guy behind the scenes.
