So the victims are hospitalized in an korean medicine hospital.(not just hospital) Because they can be hospitalized for a very long time. They charge high wages and hospital expenses during rest periods. The two most famous PDs in Korea are 'Na Young-seok' and 'Kim Tae-ho'. Both created legendary entertainment shows. Although several idols have appeared on entertainment shows created by Tae-ho, they are not as representative as Na Young-seok's Yujin. (include yena, karina...) Additionally, the third most famous person is 'Jeong Jong-yeon', who is the PD of ‘High School Mystery Club(yena)’ and is now in the same company as Tae-ho. And one of Taeho's students is the producer of 'HyeMiLeeYeChaePa'.

With zero exaggerations, those two are literally the 2 most important variety PD in Korea for the past 2 decades to even now. Most variety shows these days are essentially photocopies or at the least heavily inspired by the shows and trops that these two guys came up with. So as you can probably guess, these 2 are considered each others' greatest rivals. And sometimes (including Yujin here), there's an assumption that there's a natural animosity between the two. Of course, they're just good colleagues (I don't think they're personally that close, but it's not like they hate each other). But the running joke is that if you work for one, you kinda have to give up working for the other (it's not really true). That's why Doyun was jokingly making Yujin choose. The important thing to take away here is that Yujin is not only super-in with the most successful/powerful variety PD in business, the 2nd most successful/powerful variety PD voluntarily showed up on screen to give Yujin a gift and telling her he'd love to work with her (Kim Taeho PD is infamous for being incredibly camera shy, FYI). Yujin already had her variety career made when Na PD saw her potential and made that "10-year" comment, but the fact that Kim Taeho PD openly tried to recruit her is huge (there are literally entertainment news article about this :D)
