2024-12-19 03:17:36 +0000 UTCI was super surprised when they announced their new digs in Seoul would be in Yeoido. Yeoido is the financial/government district of Seoul. It has that famous gold 63 Building and if you've been keeping track of the news and all the protest rallies in front of the Parliament House (with the Blue Dome....the building that one lawmaker was live streaming trying to get into by climbing the wall to vote yes for impeachment), that's Yeoido. Still a super weird area for idols to live in The other HAUS was in Seongsu.....Seongsu is like the Brooklyn of Seoul. Super hip and trendy (and kinda far from Yeouido) as far as shops and cafes. This HAUS actually made sense for idols to live in.

Just a head up, and "quarantinez" is the couple name of Nakyoung & Yubin.

2024-12-10 01:19:27 +0000 UTCIt definitely seemed to me like the idea with the Tokyo Haus was to take pressure off the members that were preparing for Rising by having Kotone and Yeonji take over the majority of Signal content. I did see someone later say that Yeonji joined right at the end of the Korean school year, and was back in Korea right as school started up again. So maybe they planned exactly how it went. But at the time I felt like the Tokyo Haus was going to be a bigger thing, the way they announced it and everything. Then like 2 months later it was all over and I thought they cancelled their plans for it.
