Egg yolk is so good! I put it over meat bowls or udon with meat (like beef or minced meat with a soy sauce, mirin, sugar sauce and whatever veggies you want) but the egg has to be fresh! The egg yolk in Japan is very orange and the ones in America are super yellow, I don’t know what they’re like in Canada. I also wanna know what the first thing Zuha wrote on the board was, if anyone knows? Or maybe I just missed it?
