This was released during Bush time in office, genetic engineered sickness referred to SARS. Technique Revolutionary Volume 2 might be worth a review. That whole album hits you different. One of my favs. Technique turned down record deals with major labels because they wanted to control the content he put in his music. He stayed underground and hustled, sold albums for $10 a pop in the streets so that his message wouldn’t be compromised. Internally Bleeding & You Never Know. My recommendation for you to listen to next. Laaaaastly, Speculation, Lol!

The unpolished gritty sound he has adds to the impact of his words. He lets you into his intelligently twisted mind, he doesn't fake flex to try to impress you with lambos and icy wrists. It's raw Hip Hop and he does it in a way that's all his own.
