Marve - Atle Concept Sketches

Funnily enough, I didn't make most of these sketches until I was ready for the first pages of chapter 3. When I drew him in chapter 1, the drawings in the bottom right corner were all I had drawn of him at the time. His head looks like a penis because he's horny... my genius knows no bounds. This is because, while I always intended for him to become a recurring character, I had planned next to nothing about who he actually is! His character didn't really start taking shape until I was writing chapter 3, so it's almost like you learned about him at the same time I did lol. But with fleshing his character out more, and wanting his look to be more defined and consistant for his return, that's when I did the rest of these sketches.
Getting the head shape right was the tricky part here. The first sketches I did made him look too similar to Pål for my liking, so I asdjusted it a little bit to make his mouth more visible.
