Custom VFX 1.7 update

This update did increase the mod size a lot. Seens the reason was the texture resolution for the explosive VFXs.
Noticed the Explosion VFXs of this update may seens darker, its may be necessary to use Material Editor to increase the color value to 2 to make the smoke more clear.
VFX: 647 > 705
The Patreon upload limit is 200mb, now i may need to upload the new version on cloud, I'm be starting with google drive.
