PMS said that he was a bit intimidated working with IU with her being a perfectionist. She would direct him until she was satisfied. It is also why she is so successful in what she does. The Shower was the song IU wrote for the challenge but PMS rejected it because he wanted something energetic for a live concert and I suppose he can inject EDM into the song. IU had to scramble to write a new song in a very short time. Kudos to IU being so talented that she can come up with such a bop within such a short time. IU is very well read and she exceled at literature in school while the other subjects' grades dropped because of her missing classes due to her busy schedule as a budding singer. Once she even recommended Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky to readers and it was the book she was reading in Hyori's B&B.

2022-01-14 11:20:08 +0000 UTCI remember watching the show (Infinite Challenge) and being so frustrated with Park Myung Soo (the comedian that she sings Leon with). That man just donβt listen and insisted on turning everything into EDMπ IU looked uncomfortable as hell working with him and it's so awkward to watch. I'm glad that it all turned out great and we get the masterpiece Leon though. If I remember correctly, IU also wrote The Shower while she's on the show and the song got rejected by Park Myung Soo......

There's a tension (slightly off vibe) there on the show, especially since she's the only woman and the youngest on the teams which really accentuates it.

As a hyperthinking person myself, every time I read or see something my brain starts to process thoughts, but as you said in the past, my thoughts unfortunately remain in my head, while IU manages to transform and rework them beautifully!
