2021-07-13 21:25:31 +0000 UTCYes, I love the tartan and the outfit too! I really appreciate the collaboration he has with his stylist(s)! (I need more stages of the album, especially Strings. I hope SM will release more while he's away. It would be cool to see his collab with Taeyeon too.) For Advice, I love all the stages. The sitting and staring into your soul from atop a piano, who does that? And then I think of the juxtaposed home photos someone posted and remember how Kkoong looked back at Taemin when he called her and she was about to hop inside the piano. The sweet duality! I also appreciate the way Taemin conducts where he wants viewers to look, and I know he does that in all of his mvs, but for some reason, I feel it more with Advice. Like when he squats and plays the air piano, and then looks at us to make sure we see where we're supposed to go. And then the crop top only accentuates the fact that he is showing his tattoo to everyone, no matter what k-pop or the publix think. (More people may be talking about the crop top incident than his tattoos!) Taemin is such a powerfully creative and innovative spirit that longs to fly high, and I hope that he will have some time to breathe in the army, so that he will be able to evolve and fulfill his sweetest dreams. I’m sorry, track suit stage, but the throne and the punk aesthetic really does something for me... Taemin did say in his 1theK interview (https://youtu.be/vj_MpNbdMYQ) that he loves being worshipped, so it’s only fitting his peers talk about him with reverence 😂 Also about the statue busts decorating the stage! I read on twitter in a thread about the lyrics that there’s some ambiguity in the line “I’ll destroy the torso that you keeping chasing after” in the chorus due to poor translation. Apparently, in Korean the word “torso” specifically refers to headless/armless statues, not real people’s bodies. So the staging is probably a reference to that line!

2021-05-23 14:21:37 +0000 UTCI always love your talks at the end, I think Taemin's loyal fans have a good sense of the man he is ...but unfortunately some ppl still see him as a "baby" and this where the problem lies...thinking they can speak for him and treat him like a child...it's really absurd ,and if this offends anybody, I'm also an adult who thinks for herself. For the stages...LOVE THEM ALL and streaming all of them and the mv on a continuous loop, as you say...effing kill me!
