Finally got started Asui. First thing I resized her and based on cannon height she is shorter than Uraraka.
As for the body I'm using nsfwo262's Marie model. Did this because of GreatM8 uses her body when headhacking Asui and she looks fantastic. Just a couple issues with the some of the proportions like her waist.
Kept the booty and hips and changed the size for the breast.
After that I needed to match the bones to keep the weight paint form the original model. Doing that is very time consuming because they also need to have the same name. Which is a lot, especially since she has 2 sets of tongues
her "normal" tongue
and when she wants to go in thick. This one has a lot of bones so I guessing is for more action stuff.
After that I needed to make the mesh match.
I messed up a couple times because I forgot the body had shape keys but I got it.
And that is where I'm at. I still need to fit the clothes over the new body and create the shape keys for her face so look forward to that.
