How have I been doing health-wise?

On top of my hand getting tendonitis I found out I had hypertension. So I've been having to take blood pressure medicine now and having to slowly wait for it to normalize. I'll be honest I sometimes feel like I'm falling apart now. The high blood pressure was also probably contributing to why my hand took so long to heal. I kind of had a scare today where I couldn't breathe that much but it's cuz my blood pressure fluctuated randomly. I guess it's just my new normal now.
Sorry for the bummer guys. I just didn't want to leave you in the dark on why I haven't been updating much lately.
