About the HHR poll/post

Alright, so...

although I meant well with that post, since I didn't want to hit you with these thoughts and doubts in about a month when people start to look forward to the next HHR update...

Just ~3 days of less stress have already shown me that I clearly shouldn't write such posts when I'm too stressed.
My thoughts (and depression) have a tendency to spiral out of control when I try to make important decisions in that state...

So instead, I'll get the last GoV update over with ASAP first, then take at least one week off, try to relax and recover as much as possible, and then try to rethink everything with a calmer and clearer mind.

If needed, I'll extend vacancy mode to buy myself a little more time.

I won't ignore the poll result or comments, if anything, they just confirmed I need to think this through a bit more.
And that's better done with GoV and the immediate time-pressure out of the way.

What I can already say is, over the past 3 days I've already gotten some new ideas how to possibly handle this - especially regarding HHR - in a way that the majority of you might be more on board with, while reducing my burn-out risk.

But as I said, I think I need to get GoV over with first and then put some more thought into it, rather than rushing out the next random idea; it's pretty clear I can think better when I don't have a looming deadline ahead of me.

GoV 0.9.9 development is actually going well so far btw, Mia's new event is already rendered, so maybe I'll actually be on time for a change. Fingers crossed :)

Take all the time you need, you should never stress yourself completely out of work so take however long you need man

Oh Bois

if you're this stressed aim for two weeks off i highly doubt anyone here will complain that you're taking time for yourself a week just doesn't seem like it'll be enough it'll take you half of that to decompress so try two weeks your health is far more important.
