GoV 0.9 Progress Report, poll and 1.0 info

Hello dear patrons,

I really tried to have it ready today, and the main girl events are mostly done, but to get out a release within the next 8-12 hours, I'd have to delay all sidegirl content and an unpolished Aurelie event, and I feel that's too much delayed content just to sort-of meet a deadline...

0.9 Progress report:

• 100% done: new Elena event + sandbox options

• 100% done: new Aurelie event + sandbox options

• 100% done: new multi-girl special event + sandbox variant

• 100% done: new Sarah event + sandbox options

• ~80% done: another (relatively long) Aurelie event that still needs sound effects and lots of editing/polish

• ~90% done: new location (love hotel)

• ~30% done: script and a few images for 1 sidegirl, but still missing anims

• ~15% done: a few images and some script for another sidegirl

• ~15% done: a few images and some script for another sidegirl

• 0%: Sidegirl info and selection screen for a new feature tied to love hotel

Not started yet, but was originally hoping to get them done for 0.9, too:

• 2 more sidegirls

Personally, I'd lean towards prioritising more content by August 31 over rushing this release, but I know I'm late once again, so I could understand if you'd prefer to get something asap.

Though I'd like to mention, Sarah's event is supposed to unlock a feature that unlocks some sidegirls... and it'd be a bit disappointing if there were no options until next update...

Anyway, I guess I should at least let you make the final call.

Which of these would you prefer?

• just focus on getting 0.9 done as fast as possible with the 5 main girl events

• aim for the middle ground, with all 5 main girl events + 2-3 sidegirls, might get done around Aug 29 that way, or

• focus on getting as much additional content (sidegirls) as possible into the update by August 31st (0.9 will not release any later than that, I'd rather delay some sidegirls to ensure there's an update this month)

Short poll deadline, since usually the trend is pretty clear and won't change much after 24 hours.

For your information, to avoid similar delays with 1.0, I'll split up that release as follows:

GoV 1.0 roadmap

Sept 14 (guaranteed): 0.9.8 for Lv2(+) patrons

• new Grace event + sandbox option

• 3some (with Isabella and Diane)

• 3-5 most popular of the remaining sidegirls (depends on which made it into 0.9)

Sept 21: 0.9.9 for all patrons

• will add at least 1 more of the remaining sidegirls, possibly 2

Public 1.0 at end of Sept/early Oct on itch:

• will add any remaining sidegirls

• any other loose ends or bugfixes left to do after 0.9.9

P.S.: I also still intend to talk about the time after GoV as soon as GoV 0.9 is out, but my brain is on the brink of short-circuiting as it is, so I need to get 0.9 done first.
