There's absolutely no doubt something like that hasn't filtered through the entire hospital staff by now. My gf works in the ED at a hospital and let me tell you, I hear *all* the hospital drama. It would shock you what goes on inside these buildings.....or maybe it wouldn't! It's logical to think the rumors would persist throughout even a fictional hospital, so I'm not sure there's an angle where Sarah gets her job back. At least not at *that* particular hospital. If she absolutely insists on working, there's plenty of hospitals in Chicago!

Lester could hack in and scrub both her and Otis personal records and suggest to the board it was all a hit job by Richard and Mary. This would put Sarah even more under Lester power and they could run there crime family using the hospital as a front. Lester could take up permanent residence at the home and wreak it as he sees fit. Dan could live in the basement and assume the title of Mr. Mom. Cleaning the home as well as Lester and Sarah. Renee and James would have to be corrupted. Otis could provide muscle when needed and spend time cocking Dan and James. Just One happy family.

If she’s wearing it, her mother would have said something. I thought it would be used as another way to humiliate Dan but there’s been nothing about it quite a while.

Here's my thinking: Thornhill wakes up with a hangover, no Sarah, pants down. That's pretty fucked up. Does he decide he just drank to blacking out? Possibly. But Lester and Sarah can't know whether he was sufficiently an alcoholic to drink to that level. So they're risking Thornhill not being used to this, wondering about red flags, and suspecting he's been fucked with. If that happens, the finger points at Sarah, he changes his passwords fast, and he's very suspicious. Hell, once he's sober, the fact that Sarah came onto him is going to start being suspicious. Particularly after he fucked her over and humiliated her. She's not going to be horny for guys that do her dirt like that, and he knows. But Sarah coming onto him for no good reason... and then blacking out... and she disappears? Yeah. Something is up. Sarah's too new to know to cover her tracks. But Leroy's an old hand at this kind of deception and evasion. The only way she's got plausible deniability is that if she stays with him for when he wakes up, even if that means spending the entire night. At a minimum, she's got to stay with him part or all of the night, has to get naked and get him naked, have to get in bed with him, and wait for him to rouse. Then she's got to pretend they were drinking hard together, and that they've already had sex. And since he hasn't had sex and is likely to have a raging boner, she's going to have to take care of it, which means blowing him, and getting fucked by him. So part of the scheme would be covering their tracks by continuing to have sex, and pretending to be willing and enthusiastic about sex, to a man she hates, considers creepy and has done her dirt. In fact, to fully cover her tracks, she might have to go through a charade of an affair for a couple of encounters with him. Even pretending there's a little romance in the torrid little fling. Sick or what? Of course, we know that Sarah's body and orgasmic potential responds to any cock, even if its on a man she hates. So Thornhill will have no trouble believing she's into him and hungry for him, because every time he gets those panties off... she will be. You need temporal disconnection, to avoid connection. Hell, if Sarah was sufficiently convincing he might not even realize it was a black out, or might forget that, and just assume it was all drunken sex. After all, he got into bed with her.... vague part... she's still there and fucking when he comes back. Is that really a blackout at all? And the more Sarah builds on the fling, the less likely he is to connect any of that to his online troubles as Lester hacks away at his life. REally, total missed opportunity. I'd have loved to have seen Thornhill gleefully turning Sarah, at least temporarily into a sex toy, while she loathes him every step of the way, only goes along for the cover, but at the same time can't help getting aroused and cuming buckets.

She picks up Thornhill at his favourite bar and agrees to have sex with him back at the motel. She drugs his drink. But as he's passing out, she's sucking his cock and getting off on it, he passes out, still erect. Lester then comes in, and they use his finger to unlock Thornhill's phone or computer, or steal his password or something (not the part I was reading carefully). While Thornhill lays there, unconscious, pants down, dick hanging out, Sarah and Lester get so excited that they fuck right there in the bed next to him. I think Sarah actually lays across him, while Lester takes her. Okay, so thinking out loud... sexual activity with an unconscious or drugged woman is straight up rape. So it's possible that Patreon flagged that and said it works both ways - if Sarah is blowing an unconscious man she drugged, that's rape, and it doesn't matter if he is hard, or if he was willing before he passed out. The solution would be for him to pass out the minute he gets to the motel room, and before Sarah starts sucking his cock. Or at the very least, she has to stop before he passes out. Now, I can see why Don did it the way he did, because it shows the level of depravity she's sinking to. She's literally whoring herself to get back at Thornhill, laying a trap. If it's the fucking over Thornhill's unconscious body, I think you have to bite the bullet and change it. The concept is depraved, but it's not that hot. Anyway, those are the two big flags as I see them. But I wonder about the resubmission process. I get the feeling that most of the stuff that gets posted just flows through, nobody takes too close a look, so unless it's obvious, it will sneak by. I had two stories that snuck by for months before I made the mistake of editing them very slightly, and Patreon came down. In addition to the time frame - promises 2 or 3 days, but who knows, could be weeks on end, I have the impression that when patreon flags and gets a resubmission, I think that they might take a much harder review, and stuff that got by the first time won't get by this time. So Don might have a lot harder time. MY impression of dealing with authorities like this is fly under the radar. Once they start fucking with you, they tend to drill down and work to make you miserable.
