Leviathan is summoned when a mortal makes a wish fueled by envy, jealousy, and ungratefulness. He feeds on the emptiness sinners feel when they become blind to their own blessings. To punish them, he deprives them of their senses, chaining them down in his underwater domain in complete darkness where they can't hear, see, move, or even breathe, but are left conscious. Those damned by Leviathan are punished by spending eternity drowning in their own self pity, wishing for a simple breath of air or for death to take them from their torment, becoming envious of their own lost mortality.
