Showoff Sceptile

This Sceptile's got some goods to show off, and it's going to do it with pride.
Gotta admit, the tail was hard to envision at this position. Was running out of time, and I wanted to make sure I got this done. Wish I had time to refine it more.
Oh well. The feet were the important part.
