Haha it's my man ! I was talking about Undertaker originally, but I assure you Shogo Makishima is my #1 (the lighting in this scene just didn't make him justice, might be on purpose as you see him again for the first time in ep. 4). The law system in this anime is really shitty and unfair, it works preemptively rather than reactively so basically anybody that "might" do a bad thing is immediately labeled and your whole life takes a turn for the worse, limiting everything you can do. This is why I find Shogo, who is the story's main "villain" so interesting, he wants to get rid of this system; you'll find him really controversial to this story.
