Matsumoto is Megure's chief. He's not that much present in DC, but the cases he's in are often more interesting (after all his first appearance was during his daughter mariage... where she was poisonned by her future husband lol). Sadly, his VA died a few years ago. So Matsumoto takes a higher grade and completely disappears from Detective Conan.
