as the picture suggest, on a sofa, this scene will focus more on female lead.
male lead is very finnicky to do for this pose (i have the prototype scene, trust me) but possible
D.
male will be lying on bed/platform, while the female will be sticking her butt out, visually it may look the best, but don't get your hopes up because, i think.. from my experience, this is the hardest one to do (maybe, i have no prior experience with this pose)
not sure if male lead is possible for this pose

Really A and D are very similar just from different spect angle at different frame. C woulda been new if you made some facial expression or cum animation for him, imagine leg shook spasm or fists hammering.
