I usually just tell people, when you donβt act like itβs something bad or secretive people tend to respond the same. The oldest people in the office are more shy about it but the 20 to like 40 donβt care at all, we have good laughs. I get a lot of refs out of them, I like lift my head over the divider and go hey X flex your arm for me.
