New Conversation: Monica Losada

I hope you are well! After 14 Weeks of traveling and a trip back to Paderborn with stops in Stuttgart (for a workshop at AbK) and Prague (for a talk at Mouvo Conference, i finally arrived in good old and calm Paderborn. I have thousands of new encounters and impressions to process and i am incredibly grateful that i had the opportunity for this amazing journey! Now my thoughts circle around moving to Barcelona and setup() and draw() my life there. :-)
While the next course "Gradation" is being diligently worked on in the background, I have conducted more inteviews with highly exciting personalities from the community. This week I introduce you to Monical Losada, who I met in Rotterdam and then in Barcelona.
She is super young, incredibly sympathic and insanely creative. In her work as a graphic designer, she experimentally explores the question of how tools influence the aesthetics of graphic design (Maybe you’ve already read the conversation with Lena Weber and recognize a certain parallel here). Monica Losada shows that coding has finally arrived in communication design, that the gap between technology and creativity seems to be closing, and that young designers are starting to become more open-minded about programming. Raise the curtain for Monica!
