2024-09-18 01:24:42 +0000 UTCI think in the manga, Piccolo says Vegeta is perhaps stronger than SSJ2 Kid Gohan, meaning he wasn't entirely sure if he was. Honestly, I think Piccolo is wrong with this one. Majin Vegeta and Goku aren't leagues above Kid Gohan, but its a noticeable leap up. When they show closeups of Piccolo's face, it makes me sad. He was the newly fused, confident Kamiccolo when he stared down Gingertown Cell, but now he's just a babysitter on the sidelines either yelling "Yeah!"... or being constipated when things are grim. And oh damn, ain't that the same arm that 18 broke first? Its always the left one (Future Gohan, Kid Gohan, *sigh*). The end reminds me of when Future Trunks dived in after Geets got his arm broken by 18 and yells out in pain. And that last shot of Vegeta is like a mirrored shot of when Vegeta was dying and crying after Frieza blasted a hole through his heart.
