Fillydom - Software release

And the next animation is finally there ... in software form. Next on the ToDo list : VR-compatible version, then 4k videos of it, futa alternative version of this animation, then probably a new poll to decide what's next.
Everything is mouse-controlled (except quitting, with Escape). The game also now has a configuration file in "Ramage_Data/Configuration.ini" : it has only one option for now "Mirrors" - setting it to 1 will allow more advanced (and *much* more expensive) mirror effects in Rarity's boutique. I will add a proper menu for both of those in the future.
Known issues :
- Rarity's tail is clipping massively into everything : fixing that will probably require to code my own DynamicBone library, just so I can define proper gravity and bend-ness on each tail/mane.
- I can't move the head in PoV : this will be added along the VR version.
