Subscription Billing

For those interested, I've switched my Patreon account to the (some-what) newly released subscription billing.
This means that instead of paying when you join, then paying on the 1st of the month as well, you will now only be charged monthly on the date that you joined. This means that if you join the Patreon mid-month, you'll still be getting exactly the same amount of content for your money as if you joined at the beginning of the month.
