Sketch Request - Faputa
Added 2022-08-09 19:13:18 +0000 UTCThis week's request led me to draw the multi-limbed Hollow(?) from Made In Abyss.
Since I've wanted to continue to experiment with different brushes, I decided to create these with a more sketchy pencil and rougher highlights and colouring. Upon completion of these sketches, I've found that using a pencil to sketch allows for more precise shapes and form. However, the margin for error is significantly decreased since the lines are much thinner and do not blend with one another. Either way, pencils are a great way to sketch and learn with a somewhat unforgiving experience. That said, it is not perfect for me, so I will continue to experiment with some hybrid brushes in future.
In this request post, I've also included some B&W versions which better replicate the art style of the Made In Abyss manga pages.
