Obviously it's a lengthy process to get these ready to publish - but they're all on their way in the next 2 to 3 weeks! Some will be on the Basic Tier and obviously, all will be on Gold.
I'll be just taking a couple of days out for now to deal with some home and work stuff but will be back with you later this week.
