Just getting ready for a little work out.
Added 2021-01-06 10:56:56 +0000 UTCToday is the 12th Day of Christmas which means (in the UK at least) Christmas is officially over. I know different countries have different traditions. In Poland for example Christmas is far from over! Lucky you!!
For me, now the festivities are over it's time to get back in shape. So here is me just before my daily work out. I may decide to record a work out for you and post it here tomorrow.
