In the “Lab of God” section of the game, during the evening after work is when you have the free time to participate in leisure activities, focus on things that are important, and socialize openly with your partner.
Here are some the interesting interactive events that can occur during this period:
Body Development Group
Breast Caress
•When certain nutrients are consumed by the partner’s body, stimulation of her breasts will cause them to grow slowly over time.
•Although given the burden of having large breasts, after reaching a certain size the partner will prefer to deflate them to a size more manageable, then use breast expansion serums when she wants an extra boost to her body figure.
•If the relationship between the player and partner is positive enough for the partner to willingly let the player touch her breasts, then the player can massage them to increase their rate of growing bigger.
•And if the player is the dominant one, the partner will yield to the player’s preferred size.
Penis Pumping
•When certain nutrients are consumed by the player’s body, stimulation of the penis will cause the penis to grow longer and thicker.
•Dedication to enlarging the penis is mainly through masturbation, enlargement toys, and a strong feelings of masculinity.
•As if your feeling of masculinity wanes, frequent masturbation will actually decrease your penis size to the point of being openly humiliated by the partner character.
•So it’s a matter of masturbating after expressing masculinity, and holding it in after receiving humility.
•If sexual content is off, the penis is substituted with a pig that mechanically functions as a penis, but is much more appropriate for players who don’t want to interact with a penis.
Beauty Affirmation
•When certain nutrients are consumed by the partner’s body, positive affirmation of her body image will cause her to grow more beautiful.
•As a woman, she is very sensitive about comments on her appearance and so comments about her being like a man, will leave her with a tomboy appearance.
•Although if the partner is the dominant one, your influence over her body image is lessened as the partner would not take you as serious given your shorter height.
•But this mechanic applies to physical actions, as well as verbal ones, like if you’re in a romantic relationship with the partner and not having sex with her frequently, she soon develops a frustration of her thinking she doesn’t look appealing enough and so trends uglier in result.
Weight Lifting
•When certain nutrients are consumed by the player’s body, lifting weights can cause the player to grow stronger through accumulated muscle mass.
•But given the time for the muscles to heal and be repaired stronger after being wounded, daily weight lifting will hurt the body more than improving it.
•In addition, there is also the reverse of if the muscles are not frequently being worked out that the gains are minimal.
•So it’s about managing through the pain and exhaustion to get the body-builder figure you desire, especially in times of when the partner character is outcompeting you height-wise.
Mental Building
•When certain nutrients are consumed by the player’s body, having the mind be overwhelmed with mental pressures can help develop it to process information faster.
•However like overclocking a CPU, it can stress you out with unnecessary anxiety and panic attacks; but unlike Weight Lifting, an increase to intelligence speed is more permanent than keeping muscle mass.
•It’s just a matter of keeping up with the nutrient demand and putting up with the seizures or blackouts you may randomly experience when you are at your max mental capacity.
•The partner’s variant of the intelligence speed increase mechanic is much more automatic, but exchanges slow development with stability, as whenever she is left alone, she undergoes mental gymnastics within her head that slowly over time builds up her intelligence speed, assuming that she is has the necessary nutrients within her system or else her intelligence will compound fiercely in the opposite direction.
Relationship Group
Visiting the Partner’s Room
•You always have the option to enter into the partner’s room, in the evenings, in order to converse with her within a space where she can open up to you.
•The partner is not always in her room in the evening, so apart from looking at her decorations, there’s the option to pull a prank or commit sabotage.
•Sometimes the partner is inside her room but the door is closed, opening it without knocking first may lead to you stumbling onto certain lewd scenes.
•If your positive relationship is at the most positive toggle, the Player’s and Partner’s room merge together as a sign of you moving in together.
Sex
•If your relationship with your partner is really good, you can enrich your sex life by having sex daily with the partner character.
•Given the many combinations, mostly concerning height differences and breast size, this interactive event will be multifaceted.
•Multiple sexual positions, animations, and audio moans will also play a large factor in elevating this experience to the best one it can be.
•If sexual content is turned off, this content will be substituted with something as intimate but not sexual. An emphasis on cuddling and massage should substitute the void.
Quality of Life Group
Baths, Showers, etc.
•After a long day of work, you can relax and relieve yourself in a self-mediative event like enjoying a warm bath.
•If your relationship is really good with the partner character, you or her can invite the other to enjoy a satisfying meditative event together.
•If relaxing alone, your partner can also surprise you mid-event to the transition the event into a joint one, as well.
Watching Television
•Outside the occasional comment from the partner, watching television is the only way to really know what’s going on outside of the lab during the “Lab of God” segment of the game.
Playing Games
•You can play limited games with your partner that take account of your stats as opposed to hers.
Ascension Stories
•You can experience linear Ascension Stories being read in an in-person interactive format.
•Given that it’s a fictional story within a game, it’s expressed as both inspirational material to the player and partner, as well as a 4th wall break fanservice to the player behind the screen.

Furthermore, if you interested in the general segmentation of the routes, for most playthroughs it’s: Human Life to Developing an Ascension Mechanism -> Using the Ascension Mechanism to become a God -> Experience a God becoming Omnipotent. But it’s generally laid out more like this: -First Segment is an open flow of gameplay to trigger the criteria for a route change. (Lab of God) -Second Segment is more focused flow of gameplay to reach an ending of limited possibilities. -And finally, the Third Segment is the interactive epilogue, with its gameplay focused around the lasting and irrevocable consequences brought about by the second segment. Most Ascension storylines only do the second segment, but I plan to offer a more complete package that includes fetishizing pre-ascension humanity and fetishizing what life is like after a god is born.
Ascension
2024-09-05 21:30:39 +0000 UTC1: The next build will be released as soon as I finish up the remainder of the custom UI I have planned for A.1 and the post-demo debug mode, which will serve as the next build’s biggest new content feature, allowing for the player to freely adjust the player character and partner character’s stats, allowing for certain available content to be accessed that would otherwise be locked off. 2: The animation will be 2D, although not too complicated, mostly a bed bouncing loop from the point of view of the player character looking upon the partner character close up, with interchangeable animated assets like breast size and hair length, similar to how a lot of flash games used to do it back in the day. In sex scenes, the player character will be less visualized, but more expressed from the reaction given by the partner character, like reacting differently to the size of the penis inside of her and the strength of your thrusts, as compared to her own stats. But it ultimately depends on the scenario, like if the player’s penis is bigger than the whole of the partner’s body, a unique kind of sex scene that exaggerates the sizes will play out. In general, the player character has a canon appearance; however, the design choice is to prefer deferring the player character’s description as the player behind the screen, unless when completely necessary like standing in front of the mirror for observation purposes. 3: Basically, Goddess Maker is a route-based game with new game plus pacing expectations, where the gameplay radically shifts when meeting the criteria to hop over to a new section of the game. For example, if one of your playthroughs of the “Lab of God” section, meets the requirements to build a machine that transforms the main characters into slime versions of themselves; this unlocks a new section of the game where’s you’re playing as a slime competing with the partner slime character to accumulate enough matter in order pave a path toward godhood through that ascension mechanism.

When you mention animation, are they going to be live2D to account for the variances in physical development? Will we be seeing a representation of the player character (in part or whole)? From my understanding, "Lab of God" refers to a rather extensive section that encompasses everything we have so-far been informed of, and as you've mentioned could be considered a full game in it's own right. However that does leave me curious on what would follow up from this. Do you currently have any concepts in mind you'd mind sharing on what follows after Lab of God?

The player gets to watch the partner character's breasts get bigger and see the partner character grow more beautiful over time, not exclusively tied to one another since those stats are on a cross spectrum of giving the player the possibility to stumble upon a flat chested beauty or a big tiddy tomboy. Intelligence growth, on the other hand, is purely numbers and description based given the context.
