Goddess Maker Mechanic: DAY CYCLE

Morning Activity 

Nutrient Intake: 

Change the amount and kind of nutrients to facilitate different types of growth.

Exercise: 

Change the style of exercise regime to meet your fitness goals and to facilitate growth.

Prep: 

Add certain nutrients or accomplish certain tasks at the start of day to impact the results for the remainder of the day. 

Work Shifts (Morning and Afternoon)

Research:

Engage in the research of learning new competencies and the development of recipes and blueprints.

Manufacture:

Using the means of production at your disposal, expend time  to manufacture produce.

Experiment:

Utilizing manufactured produce and machinery, execute human experimentation and observe and play with the results.

Break Event

Random Events:

After every morning work shift, an interactive random event will occur that will affect the player-partner relationship and player-partner standing, depending mostly on the player’s choices.

Extraordinary Events: 

If the setting is on, events of the extraordinary nature will occur that will radically alter the gameplay circumstances, but unlike random events these occurrences are outside the player’s control.

Relationship Changes:

If the relationship conditions are met, the partner character will confront you with the knowledge of your relationship improving or declining. 

There are eight possible toggles, ranging from intense rivalry to immutable love.

End of Day Event

Discussion:

Typically, after each afternoon work shift, an end of day discussion on is held, discussing a whole variety of different subjects relating to the research at hand.

Lab Developments:

As the gameplay progresses new developments concerning the current set of affairs are expanded on and are first officially announced here.

Dominance Changes:

If the size difference or reputational conditions are met, a lab discussion is held discussing the change and degrees of player-partner control over the lab.

There are eight possible toggles, ranging from the highest partner leadership to the lowest partner non-leadership.

Evening Activity 

Finances:

If the player holds access to the lab’s finances, they can engage with the purchasing and sale of inventory.

Relaxation:

The player is given a few allowances to perform leisure actions to relieve themselves from the monotonous labor they experienced during the day.

Special Events:

If the circumstances will it, certain evenings are attributed with unique occasions like with holidays and such. 

Night Event

Dream:

As the player goes to sleep, they are often accompanied by a brief dream that is symbolic to what had occurred during the day.

Reflection:

If certain drastic events occur during the day, the player will be shown thinking about them.

Otherwise this reflection will be conveyed through a nightmare.

Paranoia:

When the player character fears that the partner character might take certain actions during the night due to envy, the player can opt to sacrifice sleep to prevent an opposed situation.
