Future upgrade thoughts
Added 2024-12-08 17:09:00 +0000 UTCi have some thought about future GPU upgrade, RTX 3060 is a great card and i love it, but also know that i can do even more with more poweful GPU, so i thinking about to start saving money for a new card, now i have RTX 4070 Super in mind, 2x more powerful card, but also cost a lot of money, around 700$ in my country at the moment, also thought about used RTX 3080 12GB, but it's a very hot card and also used, sometimes cost less than 500$, that the only benefit this card have, and third option is a wait for 5070, also very questionable option, because it can be 20-30% more powerful but on the start prices can be even higher than 700$ in my region.
It's a very big purchase for me and i think i'd never buy such an expencive card just for a gaming, but now most of the time i use my PC for work and study
So, i wanna ask you, should i start saving money for this upgrade? if yes, i'd like to read your opinin or advice
