While they do still receive aid from them, it was clear to the island’s leader, Sangonomiya Kokomi that they were lacking in one major aspect… technology. Inazuma in itself is pretty lacking in technology due to being an island country separated from the bulk of the main lands of Teyvat, making trade and information dissemination much more difficult, meaning the same is applied to and multiplied exponentially to Watatsumi Island. It is not too big of a worry however, since the intelligent mind of their wonderful and adorable leader had anticipated this! Throughout the past year or so, she’s been trying to build up connections with people from all over, connections that could potentially open up to numerous opportunities that would greatly benefit her and her people. And just recently, she even managed to score a jackpot! She had not only met a man from Fontaine, the most technologically advanced part of Teyvat, but he was also a specialist in technology and machine building! If she managed to get on his good side, using her specialized persuasion methods and all sorts of knowledgeable talks, then there’s a high chance he might lend his aid over to them! So after getting to befriend them for around three months, she’d set up a meeting with him. Having been booked a special reservation at Uyuu Restaurant, so now all that’s left is the actual talks and persuasion. --- Upon arriving at the agreed meet-up point however, Kokomi would see that she had come too early. As their dining area was still empty, meaning she still had all the time she needed to come up with a strategy beforehand… At least, that’s what she thought… A woman then came by to provide her some complimentary tea, helping to ease her nerves as she thinks about what she should say or what she should do. “Thank you.” She nodded and said politely before taking a sip, going back into thinking immediately after… It shouldn’t be too bad, he was quite nice and respectable during their other meetings… so… s-so… After drinking around half of her tea glass, Kokomi suddenly felt like all her stress had decided to weigh down at her all at once. Her eyelids growing heavy, while her body slumped forward onto her table, starting to think that maybe closing her eyes while she waited wouldn’t hurt… “Mmmh… w-what…? w-why am I…? suddenly… s-so…” Though before she could come up with further guesses, a pair of hands would hug her from behind, petting her head before shushing. “Shh~ Just go to sleep dear Priestess~ You must have been so tired~” It was a familiar voice… b-but she couldn’t recall whose it was… She just felt so… sleepy… The following rubbing on her pale tummy even causing her to relax, until she’d eventually just fall unconscious… “Honestly… I thought you and I could have been good friends with all our shared interests… But that damning navel of yours, you just HAD to show it off didn’t you?~ I managed to hold myself back for a while… but a private meeting like this? Alone with you and that seductive crevice? That lady most likely was a close associate of his, someone who is very supportive of the ‘machines’ that he creates~ --- “Urgh… m-meeting… must… per… suade…” Kokomi mumbles to herself, feeling like a massive headache had completely washed over her entire body. She was currently in an unfamiliar house(?), it was hard to really even call it a house with how alien it all looked. Metal walls, glowing parts on the walls, numerous strange apparatuses and mechanical scraps lying around… She’s never been to one before, but it she’s read enough literature to understand that she was most likely inside a laboratory. “why… am I… h-here…?” She’d try to move, but it led to nothing, making her inspect her own body and surroundings to see the horrific position she was in. Her arms and legs were cuffed in each their own cylindrical cuffs, while her legs felt like they’ve also been squashed under extremely thick stuffing, making them completely immobile. What’s more, her holy robes had been removed, leaving her only on her white-lilac bodysuit and stockings. “W-wha-What?! A-am I imagining things? I-I thought I was at Uuyu Restaurant just now… a-and…” Seeing it all made her jump fully awake, trying to struggle around as she inspected the rest of her restraints. Behind her would be some unnerving red dots, while the thick walls beside her looked like it was emitting light? She couldn’t see it yet, but it was showing numerous information regarding her while another side was showing a live feed of… her belly button? Eventually, the silence would be broken as a recording of a familiar face would be shown right in front of her by a rectangular screen. “Ah, good morning Lady Sangonomiya~ Or rather, my cute Kokomi~” It was the mechanic, making Kokomi’s eyes shrink in disbelief… “Y-you! W-what…? W-why?” “If you’re saying anything, then don’t bother since this was pre-recorded. As you’re hearing this, I’ve already made my way onto your island. You don’t need to worry about the technology issues, since I plan to start numerous classes to teach people on proper machinery and technology.” He starts off, it should be good news so Kokomi should be glad… but her current position really prevented her from celebrating. “Yes, yes, I’ve already figured out your whole façade. I was always planning on helping you out in learning about machinery, but it broke my heart to realize that it’s all that you wanted me for.” He played up, making Kokomi shake her head. “N-no! That wasn’t my intent! I was doing my best to-“ Though before she could finish, she’d feel something fluffy near the middle of her body, making her flinch and shiver. She’d look down, only to see some kind of… brush? It looked like a cotton swab but with small fluffy bristles on it instead… “Well, for now that’s all in the past. As payment for my contributions to your island however, I’ll be taking… let’s see… Ah, you~” He adds, before the little fluffy object in her belly button started to slowly go in and out of her circular belly button, causing her to giggle. “H-heheh! Mngh! W-whahahat? B-bhut-AHH! MNGH!” She tried to counter with an argument, suddenly getting cut off as the fluffy object made contact with the knot deep within her navel~ “I’ve already read up on your strategy guide and your diary, so I already know your weakness~ So now just be a good leader and sacrifice yourself for the betterment of your own people~” Then, the screen would disappear, before the brush’s movements got faster and faster. Each push and pull into her navel causing all of its bristles to glide along the walls of belly button~ “MNGHAHAAHA! MMH! T-THIHIHIS I-IHIHIHSN’T AHAHAH WEHEHEHAKNESS!!! I-IT IHIHHIISN’T!” She shook her head, wanting to deny so badly that tickling… of all the weird things in the world, was her one true weakness. Even if her body language alone was enough to expose it, as her body rapidly wiggled and jerked around at even the smallest of movements that the brush made~ “AHAHAHAHAHA!!! S-STAAHAHAHP!!! PPUHUHUHULL IHIHIHT OHOHOHUT!!! M-MHY PEHEHEHEOPLE!!! T-THEHEHEY NEHEHHEEED MHE-HIYAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH!!! AHHHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAH!!!” She kept trying to fight on, but the brush kept moving… eventually starting to spin rapidly to continue harassing her navel with tickling~ The spinning being much more brutal for her navel knot while also serving to flare up the nerves on her walls and folds as the constant flow of contact was certainly doing major ticklish damage~ Her voice would continue to rise further, as it all gets faster and faster. “WAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!! WAHHAAHHAHATASUHUHUMI NEHEHEHEEEDS MEHEHEHE!!! STAHAHAHAHP HIHIHTTT!!! L-LEHEHEMMEE!!! L-LEHEHEMEMMEE GH-OHHHHHHHHOHOHOHOO!!! NHOHOHOHOHOO!!! LEHEHEHEHEHT MEHEHEHEHE GHOHOOOHOOHOOO!!!” No matter how much she begged or struggled, nobody would hear her. She was just here in a random house, unknown if it was even still in Inazuma! With the fluffy object inside her moving in and out, swirling, spinning, and now even vibrating?! Then it would only be a matter of time until she completely cracks, having her adorable belly button getting the punishment and treatment it deserves for always being out and about. The Fontaininan machinist eventually did as he had promised, cultivating everyone’s knowledge in Watatsumi Island. Eventually even transforming Sangonomiya Shrine into a power plant full of all the shrine maiden’s being tickled on each their own most sensitive spots~ Weeks would pass and pass, with the drill on her navel getting progressively more powerful and varied in its tickling methods. Sending this previously wonderful priest into a messy, laughing, yet still absolutely adorable mess of a tickle toy~
