Anatomy of Arms

I was just chatting with one of my patrons and noticed I could help them out with some anatomy. Ended up making an entire page dedicated to arms.
Things to take note of.
- The muscles of the arm change location depending on supination ( hand facing up) or pronation ( hand facing down).
- The delta (shoulders) are made of 3 muscles. Anterior for lifting forward. Medial for lifting up. And lateral for lifting back.
- The bicep is made of 2 muscles, thus why it has "bi" in the name. There's a seperation in the middle that split into tendons.
- The tricep has three heads. The short or anterior head. The medial head in the middle. And the long or lateral head on the inside.
- The brachialis is the muscles between the bicep and triceps. Without it, the arm looks incomplete.
- The brachialis meets with the brachioradialis which is the the most notable muscle on the forearm. When the wrist is pronated, the brachioradialis swoops over as it follows the thumb.
Hope this helps. I know arms can be tricky but they're so much fun when you get the hang of it. I might do some hand lessons later since I think I can help out with those too.
