Verdict so far: For sketching the app is really fun and if you're familiar with Adobe stuff, it's quite easy to get into.
There's some paralaxing with the pen tip/stroke but it didn't really bother me.
The only downside I see at this point is that you can not customize the keyboard shortcuts but for a free product it is really solid.
Looking forward to the painting/coloring process with Fresco ^-^
